Project YES
Yes, I want to read, Yes, Teach me to read. Yes, I can Read.
Change 1 Child has partnered with a public school in a disadvantaged community in New York City to bring readers and reading materials into the classrooms.
The children are from low income families and will say Yes, if we ask the question: Do you want to Read? Change 1 Child will read to the children each month
and will distribute reading books to each child in order for the children to start an at-home library. The children will keep a log of all books that they
received and read. Please ask the question to a child, listen to the answer and Change 1 Child.
